Our team is locally based and hands-on, ensuring every stay is seamless - from booking and arrival to departure. Nicole

I am originally from Germany and moved to San Diego more than 23 years ago. Since then, I have proudly called Crown Point home. Living in the same coastal community where I work has shaped both my business philosophy and my commitment to thoughtful, responsible vacation rental management.

After earning my MBA and working in real estate, I quickly realized that vacation rental management aligned perfectly with my strengths – attention to detail, organization, hospitality, and long-term relationship building. In 2010, I founded Pacific Sands Vacations with the clear goal to create a boutique management company built on accountability, responsiveness, and genuine care for the homes we represent.

Unlike large firms where properties rotate through departments, I remain personally involved in every home we manage. From strategic pricing and marketing to quality control, guest communication, vendor coordination, and owner support, hands-on oversight is at the core of how we operate.

My team has worked alongside me for many years, sharing the same standards and commitment to excellence. Together, we have built a company grounded in trust, consistency, and respect for the neighborhoods we serve.
