All of our homes are in residential neighborhoods, and in order to have a successful relationship between vacationers and permanent residents, it is important to limit the number of vacationers per property. For that reason, all Pacific Sands Vacations properties have the following criteria for their rentals: Each home advertised lists a maximum occupancy. This occupancy includes all permanent vacationers as well as visitors. There is no differentiation between guests and visitors. As an example, if a property allows 6 occupants, you can have up to 6 of the same people to be at the property during your entire stay.

We enforce a Zero Tolerance Policy for noise disturbances. All conversations and music must be brought inside after 10pm. No noise is permitted at any time beyond the property line.

The goal is to make each guest feel home away from home and come complete with everything if not more than you have at home. If you need something during your stay that is not there, we can usually accommodate immediately. Below are some of the highlights of our fully furnished homes:

Fresh, spotless linens (we use duvet covers, no bedspreads)
Nice, quality bath towels (as many sets as the unit occupies)

BBQ and BBQ tools
A great number of supplies: kitchen sponge, hand soap, dish soap, laundry detergent, 4 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, trash bags

All properties offer a highchair, pack-n-play and plastic ware. Some also offer a crib. Please see description of each property for details.

About a week prior to your arrival, you will receive our check-in information by email.

Our properties have check-in / check-out times from either 3pm / 10am or from 4pm / 11am. Please refer to the information for each property for specifics. Our properties undergo cleaning, touch-up, repairs and quality control during the period of time between check-out and check-in. For that reason, we ask that you do not arrive early or check-out late without prior confirmation from Pacific Sands Vacations.

We maintain our properties to the highest standards including the grounds, yards and patios year-round. You will feel the extra level of maintenance that is performed routinely on all properties including cleaning the outdoor trash cans on a weekly basis.

No parties are allowed at any time at Pacific Sands Vacations properties.

Quiet hours are enforced from 10pm to 7am at all properties. All occupants must be inside of the house during these hours.

There is a minimum rental period of 4 nights during off-peak season (~ September through May) and 7 nights during peak season (~ June through August). Refer to the availability calendar for each property for exact dates.
