She is hands-on with every aspect of the business for each property, including marketing, pricing strategies, guest vetting, financial management, quality assurance, coordinating with service providers, interior decorating, customer service, and much more.

To achieve this, we enforce a stringent rental policy emphasizing the importance of maintaining a peaceful environment. Our strict guidelines include keeping noise levels low, maintaining a reasonable low occupancy, and ensuring the properties are well-maintained.
Closely connected
Most neighbors have our personal cell numbers and can reach us around the clock in case there is ever an issue (which almost never happens due to our great renters). We live within minutes away from most of our properties and will personally address any call or text 24/7.
Great software and pricing tools
We utilize Streamline integration and collaborate with third-party platforms like VRBO, Booking, and Airbnb. We utilize automated pricing tools as a reference. However, these tools often fail to analyze all aspects of the rental market and the specifics of a home. Therefore, we base our pricing on a mix of pricing tools, comprehensive market analysis, experience and considering the specific qualities of each home. In addition, our team diligently monitors occupancy calendars on a daily basis, making pricing adjustments as needed.
