This BEACHFRONT upper level home with spacious private terrace overlooking the bay is the perfect place for a group up to 7 people (5 adults max). These numbers include any potential day visitors. We do not differentiate between overnight guests and visitors. Located at 3265 Bayside Walk, its location is absolutely priceless. Walk out the front gate and your feet are in the sands of Mission bay; walk 2 minutes west and you're surfing the blue Pacific.

HOUSE DETAILS AND AMENITIES
The wonderful waterfront vacation retreat is the upper of a two unit home featuring 1,600 sq.ft. living space, 4 bedrooms (incl. DEN) and 2 bathrooms.  The house offers a well equipped kitchen, open floor plan, flat screen TV in the living room, TV in the Master bedroom, cable, Wi-Fi, central heating, high speed internet, cable, washer & dryer on site (shared with lower unit) and a 2 car garage. Linens, towels, beach towels, blow dryers, iron, iron board, boogie boards, beach chairs, small crib, high chair and pack 'n play are provided for your convenience. Please note that the fireplace is not for use.

LOCATION
The property's location is absolutely priceless.  Walk off the patio and your feet are in the grass that leads down to the Mission Bay water; walk two blocks (3 Minutes) west and you're surfing the blue Pacific.

Centrally located in South Mission Beach, this wonderful vacation home is in walking distance to fun beach activities, bike rental stores, convenience stores, bars and restaurants. Belmont Park with its famous Roller coaster is only one block away. Easy access to freeways. ONLY 5 minutes from Sea World. 15 minutes to San Diego Zoo/ Wildlife Park, Downtown and Balboa Park.

Occupancy limit (incl. visitors) = 7 people (5 adults max)
For friend groups ALL must be over 35 years old.
We absolutely do not want to rent to anyone that is intending to party at the house.
We have a NO smoking and NO pet policy.
Kindly understand that at rare occasions we might not be able to move forward if a time frame requested does not fit well in our calendar. In this instance we will ask you to shift your dates or offer you alternatives if available.

DAMAGE/SECURITY DEPOSIT
We require a $500 refundable damage deposit.

BOOKING PROCESS
Once we received your request to book, we will email you a rental agreement for an electronic signature. Once it has been filled out/signed by you and agreed to by us, we will then charge your credit card for the down-payment and confirm your booking. No money will be held or charged from us until you signed the rental agreement.

CANCELLATION POLICY
25% of the room rate will be due upon reservation (once rental agreement has been signed). The remaining balance will be due 60 days prior arrival. Once paid these amounts are non-refundable. You do have the option to purchase travel insurance. We will send all details once your booking is confirmed.
